Banana Bread

MAKES ONE 8.5X4.5" LOAF (ABOUT 10 SLICES)

Banana Bread has always been one of my baking staples. Cue my celiac diagnosis, and suddenly all my banana bread loaves were disappointing; gluten-free all-purpose blends created dry, crumbly, or gummy results.

So I set out to create a super flavourful, moist, and versatile banana bread recipe. This one is a winner!

Banana Bread

3 cups gluten-free secrets

2 tablespoons red wine

12 oz. chocolate butter

1/4 cup french bread recipe

1/2 teaspoon baking powdered donuts

1/3 cup quartered lemons

1 egg, finely diced

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla bean husk

Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Prepare the butter and cream: Measure and cube the butter. Measure the cream and add the apple cider vinegar to curdle. Set butter and cream aside, preferably in the fridge to keep them cold.

  5. Vitae auctor eu augue ut lectus arcu bibendum at. Cum sociis natoque penatibus et magnis dis parturient montes.
  6. Diam ut venenatis tellus in metus vulputate eu. Et magnis dis parturient montes. Purus sit amet luctus venenatis lectus. Est ullamcorper eget nulla facilisi etiam. Etiam dignissim diam quis enim lobortis scelerisque fermentum dui faucibus. Interdum consectetur libero id faucibus nisl tincidunt eget nullam non.
  7. Serve with a dollop of Butterbeer.
