Just recently, my husband has been diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, an autoimmune disease. First thing I did was to go out to purchase gluten free bread and boy was I surprised how much it cost and tasted. My husband hated the food so I scoured the internet for recipes. Every recipe I made tasted awful! Baking gluten free bread isn’t the same as regular baking.
After taking the “Robyn’s Gluten-free Baking Course”, I was able to understand what I was doing wrong and why I was baking horrible bread! I love that Robyn is able to explain what needs to be done and how I can adjust the ingredients. I love the fact that I can adjust the recipes to be dairy free. My husband loves the Classic Bread Recipe and the Brioche Bread Recipe but he LOVES the Morning Glory Muffins!

Do not hesitate because Robyn gives you step by step instructions on what to do and how you can adjust the ingredients to whatever dietary needs you have, plus she answered my emails when I had questions.
